Niobrara County, Wyoming

Niobrara County is located in the northeastern corner of Wyoming. It’s the least populous county in the state, actually. But don’t let that fool you because this place has character.
Rolling prairies stretch far and ranching is the lifeblood here. Lusk, the county seat, feels like stepping back in time. It has that classic small-town vibe.
The Niobrara River cuts through. Hunters come for the pronghorn and mule deer. Geology buffs dig the Lance Creek Fossil Area. It’s quiet out here. You can hear yourself think. The night sky? Incredible. No light pollution for miles.
