Teton County, Idaho
Teton County is in eastern Idaho, right up against Wyoming. Driggs is the county seat. Like most of Idaho, agriculture is still important here. Lots of seed potato farms.
The Teton Range dominates the landscape with Grand Teton to the east. It’s breathtaking. Really. Skiing, hiking, fishing, it’s all here. It’s why tourism is growing faster than normal.
There are lots of people moving in from out of state. The area has a reputation for extreme sports. Paragliding off the Tetons? Sure, why not. The peak is 13,775 feet tall in a national park, completely surrounded by hiking trails.
