Scott County, Kansas

Scott County is out in western Kansas, with Scott City as the county seat. It’s pretty flat and rural out here. Farming is big, especially wheat.
The county has this neat spot, Lake Scott State Park, perfect for hiking, fishing, and soaking in some unexpected Kansas scenery. U.S. Highway 83 runs through, making it the main road in and out.
With a population just over 5,000, it’s a place where everyone pitches in, especially during harvest time. Scott County has its appeal and I’m sure there’s something here for you.
